ISA’s technology initiatives are geared to assist the Indian semiconductor industry in keeping abreast with the latest technology around the world. A core team of Technology SIG is formed for duration of two years to drive the technology initiatives. In the years to come, the technology initiatives will focus on new technology areas. The goal is to enable the country to leapfrog into new technology era.

Articulate the technology vision for Indian semiconductor industry to enable semiconductor technology leadership/recognition in specific areas, and which will benefit the ecosystem.
Identify and create alignment between industry, academia and government on technology initiatives to facilitate growth of semiconductor and related industries in India
Identify new technology areas that need to be nurtured to enable global competitive advantage.
Create a platform for knowledge dissemination relating to semiconductor industry.
